Clutch Recommendation?

Clutch Recommendation?
I have an '86 GT w/ headers, exhaust, MAF, & 3.73 rear. Previous owner ran a 13.7 (if that helps give you a general idea of it's output.)
I need to get a new clutch & I have no idea what brands to even look into, let alone what "stage" or material to consider. I was also thinking of getting a new flywheel but don't know if it's necessary at all. Again- I don't even know where to look.
It's daily driven & will be driven on the highway & in possible stop & go traffic 5 days a week.
Given that information what clutch/flywheel combination would you guys recommend? Is it worth getting a new flywheel or just reuse the old one?

I have a SPEC stage 2 clutch and love it. Only put 700 miles on it so far, but it is close to stock feel and pedal effort, but it grabs really well. Just a hair harder to drive than stock.
Bought mine from AmericanMuscle.com
I would just resurface the flywheel. It only cost me $30.

if you don't plan on racing it, heck I have a 92 whose use was simialar to yours, and it has a good ole napa HD clutch, not sure if the King Cobra clutches are still cheap, but back in the day for the money 159.00, I put one of those through alot of abuse, however some don't have as much luck as I did with them.

I do plan on going to the track at least a few times next season (when the racing bug bites you can't help it. :P) but nothing serious.
The King Cobra & SPEC 2 are both $310 on AM.com. I think I finally found a part on a Mustang that is more expensive than on my old Honda. :P
From the looks of it the SPEC 2 might be the better choice (520ft/lbs vs the KC's 315HP rating.) Plus it's kevlar vs the KC's organic. I liked the feel of the unsprung carbon kevlar clutch that was in my old car so I'll probably swing for that one.
I appreciate your guys' input. I just didn't know where to find good information other than on here.

Ive heard Ram Clutches are pretty good
I have a Centerforce Dual Friction in mine, and the clutch alone was 300 dollars...
keep in mind there will be extras you need/should do with the new clutch.
including, a new throw out bearing, steel bearing retainer, pilot bearing and rear main seal.

I have a centerforce dual friction pedal softer than the OEM clutch i had before. perfect for daily traffic especially in DC area where i live. Spec stage 2 is also another good choice. Centerforce held up for nearly 2 years now.
