1993 5.0

I'm finally back on here now and looking for a bit of help. I have only put 1,900 miles on my car in the last 3 years and finally ready to pull the trigger for an h/c/i setup and some suspension upgrades. I have around $4,000 or so to play with. My car is only driven when the weather is nice and may see a track once every other year. It hasn't been driven in the last 3 years that much due to kids, and new job. I was looking for a little advice on an h/c/i setup and reccomendations on upper and lower control arms, also looking into a 5 lug conversion in the future too. Any help or advice would be appreciated, I have been out of the loop for a while.
