z cam on stock 5.0?

Default z cam on stock 5.0?

Advertised Duration 290/290, Lift .552/.552

just gunna get some heads. probly gt40 heads off an explorer. will this work?

what all will i need to do to make this work?

degree wheel, piston stop, proper valve springs/retainers/locks, push rod checker, new pushrods.

you can make it work if you have some kind of valve relief in the piston but you need to double check your clearances and valve events.

IMO find another cam...letter cams are not very desirable

Slim chance it will clear and its not needed with those heads!
