not really sure how a wideband is going to help you. Why not just spend the money to have someone look at it and fix the problem. If it did turn out to be a vacuum leak, you would have like a dollar in parts to fix it. The cost of labor should be less than a wideband.
only reason i got mine was because my car had this nasty habit of running VERYYYYYYYY lean, (ended up being the stock pump) but i used it as a way to see what the A/F was doing at WOT after different mods (MAF, injectors, FPR etc). it was a band-aid, but in the end it ended up being useful.
plus all the ricers think anything with a WB has to be fast lol
