Default Spark Plugs

Well I pulled a plug today out of curiosity with a buddy there and he said he thought i was running to cold of a plug. What type of plug would you guys suggest? I have explorer heads/intake, and a bcam. And an msd 6al box if that makes a difference. Thanks

any plug equivlent (sorry, spelling), to autolite 104 is good as well

regular copper/resistor core plugs for the year exploder the heads came off....

They are autolite 106's right now. Im not sure what the exact year or explorer the heads came off.

Run EEC1V tests and see if is running on the rich side.

Last time a ran a KOER test which was like two weeks ago I got a code 41R which according to the book it says HEGO (HO2S) sensor voltage low/system lean
