bought new 95gt stang need help fast
hey ok i admit it i've been a corvette man all my life. But my chevy faith has let me down and i've give in to my dad and brothers life long love obsession with the Mustang im in the process of buying one (95 G.T.Mustang) from my brother the car has 139,000 miles on it and has only had two owners my dad and my brother! well my dad took precious care of the car but when sold/given to my brother it got the normal 5.0 treatment any young 25 year old would provide Cam, headers, cold air intake, xenon body kit,Loud stereo, and some funky lights? ohh need i mention the fake nos bottle i found in the trunk (it was a bass cannon speaker) Anyway the car is now in my possesion and i went over it today/ Under the hood that is! And as i drove the car home the car had no power like it did when ol' faithful ford loveing daddy owned it so i go to my local parts store new plugs, wires ,cap, and button ,oil filters oil , fuel filters and some fine american $3.00 a gal. premium octane it started fine after the tune up idle really nice even with the aftermarket cam from my brother but when i mashed the gas over half way down it is missing even more when trying to burn some rubber it does spin the tires but only at like 3500 r.p.m. like it has no power i need some ford help without ol' dad or brother .

You should find out which cam he put in the car and drain that premium from the tank. Regular 87 is what you need to be running. Rip all the ricer stuff off the car.
For the misfire:
Do you have a check engine light on? (try scanning for codes)
Double check your firing order
Check vac lines for leaks
Check the gap on the spark plugs
Check TFI module

A fake nos bottle? Never knew such a thing existed. Reckon you can take the tv remote for a ride and use like a cell phone. What kind of plugs (brand, copper platnium)? Gear ratio, auto, manual? Set the timing? Disconnect spout when doing that? Run the premium through but no need to buy more unless there is alot more done to the engine that is not being stated. Do some test. Fuel pressure test. EEC1V tests and particularly the cylinder balance test. May easily pinpoint the offending cylinder that is the missing link.
