Coolant leak behind intake
Hello out there,
I was wondering if anyone has any idea about where a coolant leak might be coming from. My car was running great so I decided to get after it one morning on my way to work. I did a single (albeit LONG) burnout and off to work I went. Got to work no problem, but 2 days later when I left work on my way home, the Stang overheated and I saw coolant coming from the back side of the intake (or somewhere near there). It only leaks when running and at idle it's really not that much. My problem is I cannot see what's leaking and I think I will need to pull the intake to find it. I was hoping somebody has seen this before and might save me some time and money.
Thanks a bunch!

if its a stock intake, its likely a bad gasket and will require removal and replacement.
If its an aftermarket intake, check the 3/8" NPT plugs that should be at each of the 4 corners of the manifold, over the coolant ports.
Also, inspect the heater core hoses that run up the passenger side of the engine.
