Alright so got a 93 5.0 T-5 LX
bbk shorty headers/un-catted H-pipe/flowmasters/bbk cold air/underdrive pullies/smog delete/ac delete/3.73s/
Guy before me said it had a step up from stock injectors and possibly a fuel pump upgrade. When the car idles it whines from the rear like its the fuel pump, assuming its upgraded?
Also what Injectors are a step up from stock?
Does this mean I'm basically ready for H/C/I?
thanks,
Jake

You can do a H/C/I swap without having to change injectors as long as you don't go overboard. The stock 19's will support 300 horsepower. Also if you change the injectors you will have to upgrade your MAF. My LSC is speed density and has a H/C/I swap and still has the stock 19's. I would toss a fuel press gauge on the car to make sure the fuel pump is working correctly.

Thanks for the help guys, sorry I'm knew to Mustang world coming from Jeeps.
All keep the fuel pump in mind if my mustang mysteriously stops running, Hopefully it will last until this summer when I will have time/money to upgrade to a 255.
For now all stick to maintenance before I get to any mods.
As for future mods i'm Looking at a GT40 intake/GT40 heads/70mm throttle body and porting them to start. Then after that a Cam of some sort and a fuel pump as it sounds like all be needing one.

fyi, my '90 gt fuel pump whined after i got it brand new. so i wouldnt sweat it
check out the tfs stage 1 cam, nice cam, cant use too much other lift though, advertised is with 1.6 rollers, any more you'll see PTV issues
do a port match on the gt40 stuff... no "p" stuff, and a good valve job on the heads. port the exhaust and remove the thermactor bump. it'll be a good 300hp combo
