Default Efi to carb, fuel system questions

First off I'm on my phone right now and I'm having trouble using the search so i figured id make a post. I'm going from efi to carb and curious what all i have to do to the fuel system. I plan on using a holley blue with a fpr, but i heard somewhere i need a different fuel pick up from a older fox that was originally carbed. Is this true? Any help is appreciated.

I think Granatelli makes a pickup for the stock tank. I have heard of guys putting rubber line on the EFI pickup lines. I haven't tried either, I just went with a fuel cell.

Why not just hardwire the stock EFI pump and then put a regulator inline. You need it ~7 psi. You could just wire it to the key. Although, you'll probably need to configure some sort of fuel return system or somehow modify the existing one.

Or......you could go to a boneyard and see if there's any older foxes sitting around and buy the tank. IIRC, all of the carbed cars, whether it be 4cyl, v-6 or v8, used the same tank, pickup and sending unit. Then simply bolt a mechanical fuel pump to your timing cover, and you're good to go.

This is what i did, my car was a 4 banger 1990 coupe i went with carb and what i did was i installed a adjustable fuel pressure regulator return style this regulator is just for the carb and the return style is for the rest of the pressure will return back to the tank.

This is the one i have works good:

How many port are you using? What size pickup and return lines? Also what kind of lines are you using?
