where can I buy one of these? I've checked ebay and there isn't a junk yard within 100 miles that I could find.

Napa has most of these available under the Balkamp product line. You may have to be a bit persuasive though- usually the blob behind the counter doesn't have the motivation to get off the stool by the computer and actually go to the BOOK to look it up.
