Lookin for a ball park HP estimate
now i know its hard and kinda silly to really get a good idea of how much horse a car will put out without putin it on the dyno but i am just curious to find out what yall think it is capable of. i will be back home from iraq soon and will have it on the dyno and we can see how close yall come to the magic number. here is the list:
92 Mustang GT "fox body", 83000 original miles, 347 stroker engine with less than 500 miles on it, e303 cam, large mas airflow Holly systemax intake, 4.10 gears, headers, h pipe, fiberglass cowl induction hood.19 lb injectors, forged steel crank, h beam rods, kieth black hyperuetectic pistions, cast iron windsor sr heads ( milled .030 ) 70mm throttle body, k&n filter and pipe, march pulley system, nitrous express dual stage 300 hp kit "NOT FULLY HOOKED UP YET", subframe connectors, rear latterbar replacements, short throw 5-0 shifter.

now as for your combo, and I mean no disrespect but you have a recipe for disaster, an "E" CAM in a stroker??? com'on man....that's the first problem, , the heads are so-so , hyperutectic piston and a 300 shot?? = recipe for blow up and furthermore, a 300 shot on a stock block I assume??? with it already stroked = it'll split down the middle and the caps will walk like a *****...and 19 lbs inj's??you'll be lucky if it doesn't go lean with just the motor and burn a piston..... add the no2 with 19's and gauranteed you'll be picking your pride and joy up off the track/road, your current combo will be lucky to yield low to mid 300 rwhp on the motor alone, with the no2, you'll never make a full pull without kabooooooooooooooooooom.

275 sounds like u bought online and are coming home to dissapointment. Join the club i got burned too 19yrs old coming hm bought a horribly false misadvertised car. But if u built it n im wrong then do some homework and get back to the drawing board. My guess its a 306 n wont break 245 if im correct on the bad buy. No offense meant! It happens. Good luck.

The formula for HP from an injector is as follows: V = square root
[[V(fuel pressure used/injector rated fuel pressure)] x Injector rating] / BSFC x Number of injectors
Example:
19# injectors
8 cylinder
.45 BSFC (typical EFI)
Stock fuel pressure
[[ V (38/38) ] x 19 ] / .45 x 8 =
[[ (1) x 19 ] / .45 x 8 =
[ 19 ] / .45 x 8 =
337.8 HP
That is FLY WHEEL HP
Assume you jacked the fuel pressure up to 50#.
[[ V (50/38) ] x 19] / .45 x 8 =
387.5 HP
That is FLY WHEEL HP
Realisticly, the BSFC is more than likely closer to .50 due to stock injector timing. Has nothing to do with size of injector, its WHEN the injector fires.
The above but with a .50 BSFC vs a .45 BSFC is 348.8 HP
Stock fuel pressure HP at .50 BSFC is 304.0 HP
***Remember: All of these are FWHP. To get to a Mustang chassis dyno, subtract +/- 25% = ~261 rwhp
so that is what you are capable of on 19#ers....maximum
so to be realistic, you'll see 250ish or so on the dyno

my main objection to this motor is that why in the hell did the person that built the motor put in a forged crank and rods and then skip on pistons and put hypers in it? i woulda left the stock crank and went with forged pistons. I know its a stroker but im sure they have a 3.4 stroke in a non forged crank
