First off the numbers u refer to are cc's not cfm! Thats the intake runner volume, yes u can have different sizes flowing close depending on vlv size, seat and vlv angles, etc. the 165 head would be small for a stroker pending intake and cam selection, and desired rpm it will spend most its life?
Afr can be critisized for there flow numbers there achieved with a 4.125 bore i believe so on a .030 bore which most strokers are u will loose some flow numbers!

i would just port the gt40's they flow better then some after markets and for the price you cant beat it its easy to do. maybe even a valve job?
