Default How strong is this motor?

80's non-roller block, scat forged crank, eagle forged hbeam rods, srp forged pistons, arp rod bolts, main studs, etc, and dss main girdle. Obviously the block seems to be the weekest link, are the 80's non rollers just like the roller blocks and limited to 500ish hp?

reason I'm asking is we found this combo in my buddies car, we were told it was a 347 but werent sure if it was, and wanted to know if it was forged or not so dropped the pan on it and found all the goodies.
