Default 1987 5.0 liter upgrades (it's in my 66 coupe!)

I have a 1966 coupe that's been modified with a 1987 5.0L engine, T5 transmission, and new rear end (8.8 i think?).

While i still need to track down some info on what exacly has been modified i'm dreaming up things that i'm going to do to this car (not sexual...upgrades).

First on the line is disk breaks. Then i need to check headers and exaust. But i think these are all upgraded. The next thing i was going to look at was supercharger........Boom. Yea i know.

I saw this thread and it peaked my interest.
https://mustangforums.com/forum/pipe...-its-done.html

I heard something about needing new fuel injectors and a new cooling unit? If i move forward with the supercharger will that mean i need other things improved to support it? Thank you for the help!

Thanks to a couple of great suggestions in another thread i had about emblems (the conversation wandered) i have decided to change direction. The supercharger will wait. I will build this from the ground up so i don't explode anything.

First off exaust. What's the best (afforable) performance exaust and headers i can get? Links for products or other threads are most appreciated!! Thanks everyone.

well anything for a 65-66 will work....unless you have something like GT40P heads...JBA makes some nice headers but they are about 350$ for a pair of shorties but worth it....also

these people also make an awesome header http://fordpowertrain.com/
