ill try to find it on yellowbullet its not that the air isnt being pulled out its that you want it forced back in. with a carb pan on the rear of the engine you want it to be forced off the glass and back into the engine bay, with a larger distance between the glass and end of cowl you lose this advantage. http://www.dragstuff.com/forum/viewt...6892a&start=15

thanks for the link's, ill check them when I get home.
wouldn't be hard to rig up one of those weather wind tester things. have it set up under the stock hood, do a quick run up to 100-130mph, and see what it logs. and the same with the cowl hood on.
