Default Mass Air Flow Meter

As of lately the car has been messing up almost to the point that it is unbareable to drive. I've been testing sensors trying to figure out the problem, I was just wondering if this is a credible way to test the MAF or not.

If so does anyone know how far away from 0 is fine? Mine was at 4ohms. As for the problem the car doesnt idle real well most of the time, and driving down the road it tends to buck a lot when just maintaining a speed at rpms below 2500.

Thanks for the help

hows full throttle, in between the bucking and bad idle, can you accelerate or does it try and die, how are your plugs wires and so forth, I know this doesn't pertain to you maf but they're just generic for your problem.

Under full throttle it seems to run fine. I have recently changed the plugs and cap and rotor, but not the wires. They looked to be in good shape but i guess they could still be bad.
