coilovers vs reg
 

im looking into redoing my suspension first off i want to drop my 5.0 1.5" now do i have to redo shocks and struts and if i have to redo them whats the best road to go down. this car is my dd and maybe one day itll see the track. now whats so great about coilovers vs the reg?
any suspension help is need thanks

better adjustability, quicker. but I hear its increases NVH

my coilover set up works great, but if all you want is a drop, get some lowering springs and caster camber plates and call it a day
