Default cylinder heads

hi there i just bought a 94 gt a few weeks ago and it has cobra intake gt40 heads crane 2030 cam and some other stuff done to it. I have a set of edelbrock performer rpm heads i want to put on the car but the guy i bought the car from said that i wouldnt gain anything by doing that is that true or not

Sounds like the guy might be hoping you'll sell him the performer RPM heads :P

You'll have to check PtV clearance though because the RPM heads have larger valves. I think your cam lift isn't too bad and some are running duration around the same.

You will reduce some weight on your front end with the aluminum heads and assuming you can run them without clearance problems I think they'll perform much better and I'd deffinately use them.

RPM > GT40 (even if theyre the alum. ones)

but if you dont want to use them, ill buy them off you!!!
