Default New Possible Car, feedback appreciated

Ok well i'm thinking about buying my 3rd Mustang, i've owned a 1990 GT, i own a 2003 GT at the moment, and i'm considering selling my 2003 GT to buy this 1988 GT and pay off some bills. All feedback is appreciated, i was hoping to squeeze a little bit more power outta this car so throw me some ideas. IF i buy this fox body, it will be my first carb car, so any common knowledge to know when owning a carb will also be greatly appreciated.

Here's the specs of the car

1988 Mustang GT 129,xxx miles

AFR 185 cc Alum. Heads
Harland Sharp Rockers
Trick Flow Pushrods
Double Roller timing Chain
Mighty Demon 650 carb (i heard bad things about these)
MSD distributor
MSD 6AL ignition
Aftermarket Coils (didnt say the brand)
Aftermarket Wires
Holley fuel pump
holley fuel regulator
F303 cam
Edelbrock performer RPM intake
CSR electric water pump
Fluidyne Alum Radiator w/ electric fan
PA C4 transmission/ reverse shift pattern/ trans brake/ 4K stall 10 in converter
Southside upper/lower control arms
Lakewood Shocks
Eibach Springs
Cervini's Rear Spoler/Cowl Induction hood 5.5 inch
Hurst Shifter
5 Lug conversion
NOS cheater kit with purge valve
AC Delete Kit
Cobra seats (came out of a 98)

He's asking $6000 for the car, any arguements on the price?
I'll enclose a video

Thanks for reading all this, and shooting me some comments and ideas!
