Default just picked up my new axle!

Well I made the decision to go with 3.55 gears when I ran across this axle. It is a 3.55 posi 8.8 WITH disc brakes out of a turbo coupe, and I got it for $150 I'm pumped! Same exact set up so should be a pretty strait forward swap, my only question is where is my metering valve so I can bypass it? Haven't looked for it yet

the metering valve is the valve that delays pressure to the front calipers on front disc rear drum set ups until the shoes resist hard enough. It waits til it sees a certain pressure than opens up to the front, which is why I need to bypass it. And that's perfectly fine with me, I was planning on spacers anyway

anyone happen to know? I'm not in a huge rush, axle is going in reguardless I'd just like to be able to bypass it sooner than later.

Also was wanting to double check, valvoline gear oil comes with the posi additive already in, correct? I know it says for LSD rear ends but I don't want to risk burning up this unit. And the correct weight is 75-90 right? Thanks guys!
