thanks everyone. ummm the intakes are true gt40 cobra and the lower is slightly ported but i dont think that will matter since my heads arnt? i could be wrong. i can upgrade to tb and maf thats not a problem. i do have an air to air intercooler w/2.5" inlet and outlet. i do have an older engine but it is a hydraulic and i went with that cam cuz i got a couple peoples opinion about which was better for the blower?? i hope i didnt make a mistake...i currently have a 3.8 in the car now with that blower on it but i just want more. it does have a complete vortech fuel system. i have a new msd distributor also. what would you guys recommend for a maf tb and injector size. and also i need some computer help. half way through this project i hit a bump that almost busted my bubble. i live in porter county indiana and we have this wonderful emission laws. you can not put a 5.0 in a 98' because of obd testing they do. but ford put the same 5.0 in the explorer until i believe 97' so my question is if i put a 97' explorer ecu in my car with the same trans will this work???? because all it has to do is plug into obd correct?
