The 350 is capable of way better than 8.43 in the 1/8 so I wouldn't use that as an example

no actually its a mustang (94 hardtop) and has a 350 from a truck in her, and a th350 trans w/ a 3.08 (8.8") rear, just something to tinker with and *maybe* one day get into the outlaw class at the local tracks, honestly neither of the cars have much, i have had a few cars and the two mustangs are nothing to brag about, im new to the mustang and really just wanted to give it a run to see where they are before i start dumping money into it.

im just a car guy i dont care if its a chevy or a ford or a datsun or a toyota. i respect when someone puts time, blood, sweat, and money into a ride to make it more than what it was from the beginning, some of us cant dump $50k into a car at any given time, but its the time and effort into the process that matters, im all for the grassroots racer and those backyard streetrod/ratrods. the guys that have the money good for you. We all had to start somewhere!

Mustangs are like any other to get what you want you have to dump some money!
Your goal of outlaw, if thats like down here 5.95 and faster then you gonna need atleast 30,000!

i dumped 26000 in my last car only to have it totalled and ripped from my life *-* (sorry i just cried a little)
but yeah i am ready to do the work and spend the cash, just not toosure it will be in this car,
