Need help with Fuel problem for 94 Cobra
 

My 94 Cobra with 42,000 milesis having a fuel pump issue and I need to replace it. When the tank gets to around 1/2 or lower the car will not even start and when I pour 5 gallons of gas in it starts right up. The gauge is accurate. I am going to be running a 2.2L Kenne Bell at 7-8 lbs of boost with 36 lb injectors.

Does that mean the entire fuel assembly is bad, or can I still use the Walpro kit and fix whatever is wrong when I take the assembly out?

Also can I use the 2004 Focus SVT pump, the 03-04 Cobra pump or the Ford GT pump?

You can likely fix the issue with a 255lph pump kit, but realistically you need to drop the tank and figure out whats wrong. Its possible that the baffle in your tank has broken loose, and could have bent the pump assembly up, and out of the fuel.

Before you guy buying any parts, you should drop the tank and figure out whats up.
