Well I got my car back and the total was $540. I must say I was surprised but he only gave me 1 axle bearing and 1 seal and the trany filter kit back. He did admit that he didn't see my trany filter kit and put in his own. His grandpa was there and had just backed into another customers car according to his son. He saw me and waved obviously not recognizing me from 30 years ago.

Now I 'll put in a few hundred miles to break in the new gears and then shoot another video of 0 to 100 to compare to the before video. I hear a slight whining out of the rear end but it has already quieted down some since I picked the car up.

I would definantly stay away from that place from now on but, I would have had to say something to the old man.

It is a shame that a good ol' fashion ***-kicking is considered assault now. Back in the day, that settled many arguments rather cheaply. And the threat of one kept many people on the strait and narrow.

Around here a bail bond costs about $100 for an assault charge (no weapons involved) to get out of jail and you agree to show up for court. Lets just say I keep it put back, just in case. No way would I get ripped like that without getting justice my way. If he wants the car he will pay for it in blood. I don't care what society thinks or a judge says. I may pay but so would he.
