What's the best way to bring the color back out where fading or oxidation has set in? '92 lx.

mine still has the Org paint on it. when it dulls out i use the tech wax 2.0 brings it back to Glass finish amazing Stuff

does it work well on the plastic(?) bumper cover?

it works on mine. give it a try if that doesnt work theres always buffing compound to try. but gotta have a buffer and taking the risk of burning the paint if u dont know how to do it. but give that wax a try has always worked wonders on mine.
