I am getting ready to install a bd11a powerdyne running 8# of boost. i have 24# injestors and 75mm mass air already and 255 walbro fuel pump. should i upgrade to 30# injectors and do i need a tune for this. I know powerdynes junk but i got a good deal and wanna try it out. any help would be great

I would upgrade to 42lbs if it was me. You can get away without a tune but get one to be safe.

if you are running and fmu with said set up, then you can get away with it, I run a full h/c/i and a t-trim with 7-9 psi on and fmu with 24's, but I have a boost retard set very conservative and I run a AFM inline big pump as a kicker, soon I will add a 12 lb pulley and when I do I will run 42's a larger maf and a tune for sure, oh and my above set up has no tune, is it optimal?? no , does it work?? yes for the time being, 42's would be the safe bet with proper maf and a dyno tune so you know a/f is optimal through a full pull

Exactly, I have personally seen a few built 302s running over 10psi on the stock a9l. U just have to know how to tweak the timing and fuel pressures
