Default Door panel push pins

Would purchasing some new door panel push pins solve the problem of my flappy door panel? whats really holding it up and in is the screw at the bottom of the speaker grill and the bolts in the arm rest/handle? Old push pins are secured fine in the door panel itself but when attaching it to the door they just dont seem to stick. Thanks.

Should the fit with new push pins not be to your liking there is a alternative. MU LRS and others sell new panels.
