his was on 14 lbs, dial it back, bullet proof?? not gonna happen, I've toasted them with less then 350, when you start beating on them, reliability goes down

You are doing it wrong!

It's quite obvious to me that you are new to this hobby. CXRacing is widely renowned across the motorsports hobby, for selling absolutely JUNK products. Ask the Honda guys, Ask the Subaru guys, Ask the Nissan guys. Those products are about on par with SSAutochrome (otherwise known as SSAutocrap). You would be wise to heed this warning, and stay as far away from CXracing products as possible.
