A well thought out h/c/I 306 mustang on a budget can run 11's and high 10's depending on how aggressive you get on compression gearing and cam profile
A 150 shot is just icing on the cake.

Wow thats really impressive I have a guy here local that is huge into mustangs up at the machine shop he has worked on and owned lots of fox bodies I'll probably pick his brain once my car sells.

would want it to be pretty much a DD though so the gearing/cam/compression would all come into play there.

Most of the GM guys always rag on the Mustang guys I'm deff not one of them they will brag about a 350 vs a 302 when 48 CI is huge amount of displacement you never see the GM guys bring up the 305 vs 302 though when you compare the 350 to the 351's then your comparing Apples to Apples

And if it was an LSX F-body there is no telling what kind of displacement it had with all the crazy cubed LSX builds out there

Yeah the GM stuff is pretty nasty I just hate some of the guys and their attitudes about other cars.

LOL i know its every where but even with the LS guys talk down to the LT guys and they are made by the same manufacture. I always liked the fox body cars the hatches are my favorite for sure and if i end up getting one thats what I will look for.

Plus I'm sick of an automatic for a Street/Strip car I would much rather have a stick
