I just cleaned up the bay tonight some more. Deleted the coolant hoses that run to the tb. And also took off the salt and pepper shaker extensions. Im trying to hid them there really in the way back there now.

*Update*
So here are the final photos i took today. Really dirty, the set up has about 2000 miles on it already. Been all over the place.
Just had to clean up the vac lines and also removed the salt and pepper shaker extensions to clean up the engine bay a bit.
So far i am pretty happy with it. Only issue is that i have the cel turn on once and a while. Ran codes and got it sorted out to be the egr and thermacator bypass stuff. Im not to sure how to fix it, i have all the lines ran properly. I have deleted the TAB and the TAD but its still giving me issues.

Ok so heres my current vacuum line set up.
I have not put the resistors on the tab and tad wires, and thats the only thing i can think of.
Also it idles like hell when it starts up. It will 'bounce' between 1000 - 500 and then finally level off onto 700 where i have set the idle.
The iac and egr are off of the previous set up i have used so i think there ok. But if any of this is a tell tale source to these problems let me know.
I have not yet put resistors in the tab and tad wires, but i dont think that one thing will solve all my issues!
