I would check out Craigslist for a baseline of asking prices within a 200 mile area. I personally wouldn't pay more then 2K. These cars are at 20+ years old, and are generally worn out.

Browsed around some of the local areas, and it looks like most are priced right around the $3000 mark. Interested in a few of them, as from the number of posts they aren't going anywhere for a while...

Yes 8.8 the older ones were 7.5" tho 84 and earlier.....85 might even be 7.5"

HP is kind of irrelevant.....people always say they want 300,400, or 500 Hp out of their car.

When in fact they want a 12 second,11 second or 10 second car

Mustangs are light, have a broad power curve and run well right out of the box

Technically nitrous is a bolt on.....but considered a power adder instead


The best I've run with stock everything just exhaust and 4.10's was 13.20's. Same car on a 75 shot went 12.50's

That was a 300 rwhp car at best
