Default 1993 Notch Resurrection.

Well the title is a little off, the car isn't dead, just naked. Anyways I'll keep this short and sweet. I had a 1967 Mustang nonfastback, bought a gt40p engine, tremec t5, and everything to do a fuel injection swap. I went to buy an msd distributor off craigslist. Ended up finding out the guy had a clean titled , rot and rust free 1993 Notch shell (when I say shell I mean shell) he wanted to get rid of. I walked away with it for $150.00.

So I sold my 67, I couldnt handle two projects at once. Anyways now on to pics.

This is the car when I got it, as you can see its clean....

After I redid the engine bay just to clean it up a bit more.

Fully built rear end, 3.73, chromoly 28 spline axles, discs...

My front end is now in...

Here is my motor (amongst other random pieces), it has 40,xxx miles, stock bottom end, e303 cam, 1.6 rr, heads are being ported right now, Ported edelbrock RPM intake manifold, anderson 4 inch power pipe (no longer using bbk), 30# injectors with recalibrated mass air meter, spec stage 2 clutch and aluminum flywheel, 70mm throttle body, egr delete plate. Stout motor.

Anyways comments or suggestions are welcomed.

That is one clean looking shell. That is going to be a nice looking car. Keep the pictures coming as you progress, I'd really like to watch it become a finished ride.

Thanks! It will definitely be a nice looking ride. I am not new to fox bodies, I have owned two svo's..1 85 capri, and an 86 gt.

THe first svo I built... 312 rwhp, 26 psi...fun car, just barely driveable with all the boost.

Second svo was rotted to ****.. so I sold it.

The Capri was a stout car, 12.87 on street tires. The 86 gt was stock.

I am looking to dyno 320rwhp out of my motor stock with stock bottom end and barely touched heads. I will probably achieve that and more.

Notches are my favorite. Good score, should be fun to follow this build along.
