ford racing b303 cam questions

i was wondering if how much it would cost to do the build and how much hp gain would i get? all i have is a 87 5.0 cold air intake and straight pipes. would i need to get a tune?

you should put heads and an intake on the car before doing a cam swap. Also, the B cam sucks, and should only be used as a door stop.
