Anyone have one of these exhausts? I just picked one up last night. can't beat the price for a 3 inch exhaust. How do they sound, I looked on youtube and found a few that were pretty good, but mostly on camaro's

Got to be really tight. My 2.5" Magnaflow kit is tight.

3" is way too big for most of the builds on this forum.

I agree, but mine is not most. 545 stroker, 460 block Max ported DOVE-C heads, lumpy cam, big holley etc. Built C6, strange spool, 33 spline shafts and c clip eliminators.

I would even say that 2.5 inch is bigger than most people need......

Just got the box ups today. Seems good quality. Nice mandrel bends. heart-throb mufflers. I'll let you guys know how it fits in a few weeks when I get it installed. I'm not gonna start until after the car is put up for the winter.

Wasn't nut swinging. usually the 3 inch exhaust topic starts a debate whether or not its needed. I was trying to avoid that dead horse by stating my actual need for 3 inch exhaust.

Saying it wasn't needed was my intention when I read the title lol....Then I seen the sig before I started reading.

The tight fit is if you run tail pipes....if you dump it then there really isn't much of an issue. IDK how much room you have around the side of the BB but I'm sure its not an issue.

Gonna run tailpipes. Will be tight, but I am gonna fold the pinch welds on the tank a bit for clearance.
