I am also looking at the on3 system around the first of the year. my current set up includes 24# injectors and matching 70mm MAF and TB, 255 fuel pump, 1.7 rr, Gt40 upper and lower intake. the heads and cam are stock. the previous owner had a s/c on it but pulled it off prior to selling the car. i know my injectors will be a limiting factor but can they be used temporarily? i was hoping i could utilize what i have since it used to support a s/c.

no^^^^^^^^^^^^ not when you have the turbo, I run a s/c with 12 lbs and it has 24's with an fmu but I have never gone WOT very long and never taken each gear to max rpm, just quick short bursts and that's with an fmu, you should at least get 42's, I will be doing such soon, you could use them just to drive around but you'd be dumb to ever go under boost with them.

What do you guys think of cast iron ported Windsor Sr. heads with my set up and the turbo...? I will keep the bottom stock. Are these heads an overkill or...

I thought the heads that my buddy had were vics but just varified that they are windsor Sr.

Ok, I passed on the windsor Sr and a set of afr 185 because I know that they will not work with the stock lower.

I think I will wait around for some TFS TWisted wedges, with the smaller 1.94 I beleive thats what they are? What exaclty should I be looking for, is there just one type of twisted wedge? Thanks guys, Im still going turbo but I think it makes sense to do the heads and maybe a cam before the hairdryer...

tfs tw 170 cc will be fine and they don't have 1.94's they have 2.02/ 1.60 and work with stock bottom ends

Hello, Im back...It took a while but I just picked up a set of used Trickflow twisted wedge 170's. I will have them looked over and install farrea valves and springs and putting on some crane 1.6 roller rockers.

My next hunt will be a cam??? Just to recap, low mileage Stock 302 bottom...I will have the 170cc twisted wedges mentioned, Holley Systemax 2 with 2" spacer, 70mm TB, 75mm Egr Spacer, 80mm mac maf, 30# injectors, fender cold are intake, Mac long tubes 1 3/4 with prochambers-side dumps and a set of 3.55 gears...

Which cam would be best for a street car that this is. I never take it to the track and I will be spraying it (approx 100/120hp wet) to reach my desired goal of approx 450rwhp until I can afford a low psi blower down the road or a turbo. So whats a good cam for my street car with a/c??? Im looking into the Andersons n-41???

Any help will be really appreciated....Thanks!

Your rocker arm size should depend on the lift of your cam. I'm not a fan of Ford letter cams...
