Question 1993 Mustang Vacuum Leak?

Hey guys, I wanted to no if this sounds like a vacuum leak, whenever it is cold out i start my car and as soon as I step on the clutch and put it in reverse it bogs down almost stalls then comes back up again, then when I step on it theres a whistle, im not sure if this is the intake or a vacuum leak. I havent been able to find it with carb cleaner so could it still be a vacuum leak? Thanks

it is most likely not 1 bad leak...but multiple small leaks that wont make a difference in sound from carb cleaner.

look at ALL the hard plastic lines on the passenger side, prob find some brittle ones, replace them if they break or you se any wear holes. also look at the hose that runs from under the intake, past the dizzy and down to the box in the pass side fender. you may find multiple leaks there as well

after you fix all of them, reset the computer and test the voltages
