reproduction panels any good?
my front quarter panels have some chipping and bubbling around the wheel wells. ive been doin work on my rears since they arent replaceable but the work is a pain in the a**! so i was wondering about reproduction panels in the front? they are cheap which is good but id heard problems about lining them up correctly. ive found rear quarter skins but i heard that they are alot of $$ to have done.

some aftermarket parts fit well some dont just like OEM but what you gone to do if you want to put new fenders on it they dont make OEM anymore so that brings it to gone to a yard and finding good used or aftermarket stuff. it is not that bad will you have it work it to get your line maybe some but the OEM is the same way. This is coming from a body man so if that makes you feel any better there you go.

I bought a pair of aftermarket fenders and they didn't match my cowl like my others did. I did redo my cowl prior to replacing (previously had the hood fly up i think, and had like an inch of bondo, terrible repair job) them and matched it to my orig fenders. However the angle of the fender lengthways didn't match the cowl, I had to shim the front and bend the back down as the back was too high. I'd deffinately try to get some oem fenders.
