Hey guys havent been on here a whole lot, figured I'd show what I have been up to,moved my battery to the back and my electronics inside, also made a charge panel for my fuel door. This winter/spring going to pull the dash and lose some weight, looking to get under 3000lbs,currently weighs about 3200 with me in it. Heres some pics.

Hoping to get some Scott Rod panels for the engine bay but well see, losing weight is the important thing right now, looking to run a 10.50 index class next year and I think with some weight loss, and some more tuning on my nitrous Ill run some 10.70's or so,wont be too competitive but I just wanna get my feet wet with the class and maybe step it up the following year.

with a 73 jet it went 121mph last pass, couldnt get it to 60ft worth a *****,gonna waste these radials beginning of next season and get some slicks....done phuckin with the radials. That was also with a flare in between the 2-3 shift, might have lost 1-2mph between a couple things. Hopefully with weight loss, and some tuning....well be good to go. And Thanks on the compliment on the charge panel, just an idea I seen on another forum.

little more mph and you will be there.

I think you got the right things in mind. little more weight off, get the tires/hooking figured out and you will get there on the same size shot if need be.

maybe try to work in a programmer at worst to get you off the line on a smaller shot, then up the shot down the track. Maybe you are hitting the tires really hard with the nitrous strait away.

100 shot off the line, then get another 100shot once you hit the 60', or shift into second.

A digiset timer was a thought, but the radials are a tricky tire once you start putting power to them, not forgiving, they actually like to be hit hard and the power kept on them,as were a slick can bounce back. Iam sure I could do a bunch of suspension tuning but F it,think Iam gonna get some Hoosier qtp's and call it good.

you and I both know unless Duck is prepping the track its a Bi*** to get down it on radials unless you got a lot of power and then you can easily unload them, Ill stick to the easyness of slicks
