the tag on one of the 4 case bolts will have a 1352-XXX number

The trans is not original. Had markings on the top case, so it was sitting on a shelf somewhere at one point.
the numbers are 13-52-199
I really would like to stay with the current gearing, I like the take off, but will 2.95 be that big of a deal with 3.73s?

3.35 isn't too bad with 3.73's but it does get annoying.....But unless you are rolling at all from a stop sign you can start in 2nd get with no issue. Next time I pull my trans it is getting the 2.95 first.....
