well i have an sn95 5.0 of course and i have had this problem where my car tends to hesitate getting from 1st to 2nd gear then when it throws the gear it shoots out strong and no problem after that. have any of you all had this problem or have any idea what it could be a sensor? transmission? thanks in advance

im guessing you have an automatic...and well....thats your problem

too low stall speed, horrible gearing & worse valve body

4.10's will help a lot, but it'll still shift into 3 at about 3500

You most likely have 2.73 gears and that worn out AOD. Not exactly a performance setup.
