Default fuel pump not kicking on

so this just startd happenin the other day with my 88 - i put key in on position an everthing turns on instead of fuel pump..motor turns if i try to start it but fuel pumps not kicking on..i have electric fans an i wired them to my coil so the fans also are supposed to come on while key is in on position but they dont so im not getting power to my coil either..
when problem first started if i left key in on position for like a min or two the fans an fuel pump would kick on on their own..now nothing even after five mins in on position..thought bad connection to starter solenoid or ground somewheres but dunno fuseablelinks seem ok any ideas? like a relay sumewhere or something??

May I ask why you have your fans coming on with ignition switch instead of a relay. Should only come on when needed.
