Default Fly Wheel and Transmission Mounts

I bought my 90 GT with a rebuilt transmission in the trunk. Now I am swapping it out. I have two questions, 1. Rubber or Urethane transmission and motor mounts 2. Autozone standard flywheel or performance flywheel? I know this has been debated over and over, but I'm wondering what your experiences are with this particular car as well as the fact that at no point in time do I plan on putting in anymore than 400-500 horses or taking it to the track.

The transmission is a 14 bolt automatic transmission, but I see on advanceautoparts.com there is a 14 bolt and an 18 bolt... whats the difference? Is there two types of automatic transmissions made for this car? Thanks for any help!!!

ok, wait a sec...

You refer to a 14 bolt transmission and an 18 bolt transmission... So I'm assuming you have an automatic.

You need a FLEXPLATE, not a flywheel.

Lame. Sorry, I am still learning about cars, so I sometimes get my terminology mixed up. Your right, I did mean flexplate.
