Ive got a 89 5.0 that im taking everything out of and putting into a 93 shell. Im also changing it to a 5 speed. Ive just about got everything for the t5 but i am missing the back up light harness and the four bolts that hold the transmission to the bellhousing. Was wondering if anyone knew where I could get those two parts? Also, Ive never owned a 5 speed before and was wondering which clutch would be best for me to get. Everything on the car is stock other than the off road x-pipe. Never bought a clutch so not sure what im looking for.

Get a stock clutch.

If I were you I would just buy a stock clutch from autOzone bc it has a lifetime warranty which comes in handy if you a rookie on a 5 speed...it isn't the best performance clutch but you will be able to swap it out if and when you burn it up...after you learn to drive stick good get yourself a king cobra or centerforce...good luck man

you can buy your missing bolts at your local hardware store. They should be 7/16"-14 and probably about 1.5-2" long.

Learn to drive stick on the bad clutch then upgrade it. That's what I did. Only takes about a week or so.
