Fox window adjustment on a ttop

Fox window adjustment on a ttop
I put new weatherstrip in my 88 ttop fox. Currently I'm trying to adjust my windows with out much luck. The passenger window only has one small leak where the ttop ws meats the body ws which shouldn't take much to get sealed.
However, I'm having trouble with the drivers side. It seems like the whole window needs to move forward, and the top needs to pull in; I just can't get it.
Here is the passenger corner. The window is back in where I "think" it should be.
Here's the driver side. As you can see it looks off. I'm not sure if I can lower my ttop any to allow for lowering the window a little. But that still doesn't solve the left and right issue.
Drivers side again
Passenger side
The drivers side looks like the whole window needs to move towards the front of the car, but the front is sealing. However, when I put the weatherstrip into the A pillar, I don't think it glued in exactly the right position.
Any suggestions...? I'm thinking maybe I need to pull the b-pillar retainer and trim off some of the foam that pushes it outward? That would allow the window to be in a little bit I guess. Just looking for ideas before I go trying to pull off my glued in weatherstripping and hoping I don't tear it.
