Default Transmission/rear end gear ratios

I recently put a fresh 347 in my 91 GT which made very short work of the stock transmission. Now that I need a new transmission I was hoping for some input or suggestions on ratios for that and the rear end.

The car probably won't see too much of the strip (but would like to have that option) and I would like to keep some highway driveability with maybe a long 5th gear.

Ideas?

Thanks in advance

You can get by with a tko 500 and a set of 3.55s!
