Hood latch bolts?
 

So I've got a box of bolts and I'm about to put my hood latch back on. However I have two or three different ones that could be the right ones.

Could anyone pull a bolt out of their hood latch and take a picture of it? I'm talking about on the actual hood it self, there's two bolts. If anything I can try to get a picture of the possible ones I have later since I'm not home right now. Thanks in advance..

Are you talking about the safety latch? If so can't really help I have an aftermarket hood and it's held with two 1/4-20 bolts.

Oh and when I tore my car apart I didn't lable anything thought I could remember I was wrong but a good lesson learned lol.

Yeah I guess that's the name of it. Also the bolt for the other thing on the hood lol (great description right?)

I was browsing ebay and came across this you can see the bolts in the pic

Yep, those bolts match one of the two I thought it was. Now I just need to find the clips for them... I found about 10 different clips, only 1 fit lol.

I don't know about your area but in my area it seems that some of the "ACE' hardware store have gone to having large amounts of automotive type hardware.
They sell it by the each also, I've found quote a few little clips, bolts, interior trim screws etc on there........

Our ace actually just closed because the owner retired. I'll probably just go to Napa if I can't find another, that's where I got the ones for my hood hinges.
