Default Fuse panel/Flasher

When I hit the turn signal in my car, they just light up and don't flash. Well it turns out there's no flasher. I bought a flasher and tried to put it in. Well, it doesn't stay in! There's nothing in the holes for the prongs to slide into. The red/white white/red wires are there, but nothing going to where the flasher plugs in.

However, my problem is I can't seem to get the fuse block out. Is it possible with out removing stuff? Took out the two screws holding it but I just can't seem to get it out and I don't want to force it too hard. Trying to get it out so I can figure out the wiring for the flasher. Any tips or pictures would be great on that.

Open your glovebox Look at the left side, that is what you want. The one on fuse box is for emergency lights.

Read this again. Sit in passenger seat. Open glovebox. Lower glovebox out of way. Look to top left of glovebox area in the opening just made.. There is where the turn signal flasher resides.

At glove box opening ..look to top left side about 3" above. Look 5" to left on HVAC case there is a flasher. It is for the turn signals. Fuse box flasher (hazard lights)is behind the box at top. Use a mirror to locate.

Ok so my center console was already out from removing the carpet. I pulled my HVAC controls and I still can't see it.... I've looked for 30+ minutes with a mirror and flashlight looking up from under the passenger side and driver side and through the glove box opening and I can't find the damn thing. Can anyone get a picture of it or make up a picture of the location...? this thing is seriously making me feel mentally challenged lol
