hook the throttle linkage back up, plug in the TPS harness, and plug in the IAC harness.

thats it really, you could set the tps if you really wanted to

I think he's asking if he'd need to upgrade his fuel supply, but I really can't field this question properly. Though if you're using a stock manifold there isn't too much point to a larger tb

If you have an EGR spacer, it needs to be the same size as the TB, and would need upgraded at the same time. They are both simple to install.

Would be best as your stock one would act as a restrictor and limit the ability of the new tb

Depending on your intake, and modifications, you may not have an EGR spacer. The EGR valve bolts to the EGR spacer on most factory 5.0 engines, allowing the EGR gases to enter the intake air tract, reducing emissions. On the cobra intake, at least for the 87-93 model years, the EGR spacer was built into the intake manifold and therefore did not require a separate EGR spacer.

Your intake bore needs to match tb. The maf needs to at least match. Bigger would be better.

What I would do if I were you is put a dry hundred shot on the car and be done with it until you are ready to upgrade the motor. If you do start buying parts for a stock motor, they might as well be big enough for what you want to build. Otherwise you will be buying them again.
