its similiar to this saleen wing add-on below but its different. dont think its an add-on. the bottom is flat and has the holes for bolt studs.

Looks like I have a rare kit. 
The wing almost looks like an attempted knock off of the new edge s351 wing but its different.
mine has 3 rectangular cut outs compared to the 4 cut outs and isnt smooth towards the top:
