So i had a blown header gasket and fixed that.... now it is popping from exhaust when at low rpms an d when i let off the gas but when cruising down the highway no problems.... any help would be great

Has there been any exhaust changes? what exhaust do you have now? if the exhaust is stockthen how many miles. It is very common on true dual v8s to pop like what your explaining, but thats with most aftermarket situations.

You should be looking for another leak in the exhaust someplace. That popping during deceleration is an indication of a leak someplace sucking air into the exhaust and igniting hot gasses in the exhaust. Have some one cover the exhaust pipes at the back of the car while you listen for leaks . If there is one it will become pronounced while the exhust is blocked.
